I’ve been blogging for a long time about different things, but this is my first travel blog. I figured I would set this up since I enjoy traveling and taking photos, and I really want to spotlight the countries, cities and places I’ve been to. In particular, I enjoy exploring cities, visiting famous landmarks and historical sites, and going on moderate day-hikes on mountains. I’m not a foodie so there won’t be much here about food or drinks. 

I also enjoy reading a lot so I think it’s only fitting I combine two of my main interests in writing about my travels and reviewing books. From the name of this website, Asia features heavily, not least because I’ve lived in East Asia for a long time now. However, I don’t only travel in Asia nor read Asian books. So don’t be surprised if there are also a few posts about Europe or South Africa or books on Africa or the UK.
